Red Spinach is a green leafy vegetable from the family Amaranthaceae. These leaves are best source of vitamin A and C, and Iron. It is helpful in preventing and managing colon cancer, diabetes and cholesterol. It is a choice for weight loss too. The Genus of Spinach is Spinacia. Spinach is a great vegetable for burning belly fat. Take a bunch of red spinach, wash under running water, remove roots, chop well. In a mixi jar, take 5 tablespoon of grated coconut , one pinch of turmeric powder,quarter teaspoon cumin seeds , 3 garlic , 3 green chilies, crush well without adding water. Add chopped half big onion to the red spinach. Switch on the flame and keep a vessel. Add 2 tablespoon coconut oil , when it heat up, add quarter teaspoon mustard seeds.
