Easy Thayiru Curry|| Easy Yogurt Curry|| Ep No :83


Yogurt is a dairy product which is probiotic and hence it is good for healthy body. Eating curd every day help to reduce cholesterol. So it is good to manage hypertension. Curd consists of stomach friendly bacteria helps to soothes the inflamed digestive system. It is a perfect dish for maintaining body weight. As curd is a rich source of calcium, it maintains BMI (Body Mass Index). Curd is an excellent fat Burner, thus it enhances weight loss.

 Take 15 shallots, 2 green chilies, 2 big size ginger, chop into very small pieces.

Add half teaspoon salt and smash well with fingers,so that the juice comes out from shallots, ginger and chilies.

Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add 150 ml thick curd and mix well.

Switch on the flame .




Keep a pan , add one tablespoon of coconut oil.

When oil gets heats up, add quarter teaspoon mustard seeds .

When mustard seeds splutters add  one chopped shallot,When shallot turn brown colour, add one dry chili.

Then add one stick fresh curry leaves and switch off the flame.

Pour seasoning to the yogurt , mix well.

Serve with hot rice.


Ingredients
Shallots - 16 Nos
Green Chilies - 2 Nos
Ginger - 2 Big Piece
Coconut oil - One Tablespoon
Yogurt - 150 ml
Dry Red Chili - One
Mustard Seeds - Quarter Teaspoon
Salt - As Per Taste
Curry Leaves - One Stick
