Chuvanna Cheera Thoran || Red Spinach Stir Fry || Ep No : 89
Take a bunch of red spinach, wash under running water, remove roots, chop well.
In a mixi jar, take 5 tablespoon of grated coconut , one pinch of turmeric powder,quarter teaspoon cumin seeds , 3 garlic , 3 green chilies, crush well without adding water.
Add chopped half big onion to the red spinach.
Switch on the flame and keep a vessel.
Add 2 tablespoon coconut oil , when it heat up, add quarter teaspoon mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds splutters, add a stick of curry leaves .
Then add red spinach and big onion.
Cover and cook on low flame.
When red spinach half done add salt.
Cover and cook again.
When red spinach cooked well add prepared mix, cover and cook for a minute.
Stir well, check salt.
When it's ready , switch off the flame.
Don't cover the dish until it's cool.
Serve with hot rice.

Big Onion - Half Piece
Grated Coconut - 5 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - One Pinch
Cumin Seeds- Quarter Teaspoon
Garlic - 3 Nos
Green Chilies - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves - One Stick
Coconut Oil - 2 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - Quarter Teaspoon
Salt - As Per Taste
