 Here's the recipe of roasted dry chili coconut chutney which is a best combination with rice and porridge. T he usage of tamarind helps the chutney to preserve it's taste for longer time.This chutney can be used as a lunch box recipe too. Method Of Preparation : In an iron pan take 2 dry red chilies and roast it. Take 5 tablespoon of grated coconut , roasted red chilies , one shallot and quarter teaspoon tamarind . Add salt for the taste. Transfer all together to a mixi jar and grind it. Serve with hot rice or porridge.   Here is the recipe of soft and spongy idli prepared with white raw rice flour. This recipe will be helpful for those making idli batter in mixi for more people in the family. Here is an idea where the batter will not become hot while grinding in the mixi. The taste is super good as like what we get it from the restaurants. You can trust the recipe and prepare as this is preparing in my family for years in this way. Method Of Preparation : Take half glass and half fistful of urad dhal , wash and soak for 5 hour. Add a teaspoon of fenugreek and soak along with urad dhal. After 3 hours of soaking, urad dhal , keep in the refrigerator for cooling. So that the dough will not get hot while grinding. Take 4 glasses of raw rice powder. Prepae rice powder after washing the raw rice , soak , drain and powder it. The price of white raw rice is Indian Rupees 35/- per kilograms as of September 2020. The use of ginger and bird's eye chilies in the dish will enhance weight loss. Here's the recipe of white coconut chutney for idli / dosa. Take 10 tablespoon of freshly grated coconut, one piece of ginger , 4 shallots and four bird's eye chilies and a stick of curry leaves. Transfer coconut to the mixi jar , chop shallots and ginger and add to the mixi jar along with coconut. Add some water and crush it.  Then add curry leaves and grind it. Add half tablespoon salt and crush once again. Don't over grind coconut. Transfer to a bowl and mix well. Add some water and mix again. Chutney should not be too thick or thin in consistency.
