Roasted Red Chili Coconut Chutney || Ep No :113

 Here's the recipe of roasted dry chili coconut chutney which is a best combination with rice and porridge.The usage of tamarind helps the chutney to preserve it's taste for longer time.This chutney can be used as a lunch box recipe too.



Method Of Preparation :

In an iron pan take 2 dry red chilies and roast it.

Take 5 tablespoon of grated coconut , roasted red chilies , one shallot and quarter teaspoon tamarind .

Add salt for the taste.

Transfer all together to a mixi jar and grind it.

Serve with hot rice or porridge.

Dry Red Chili -2Nos
Grated Coconut -5 Tablespoon
Shallot -One Number
Tamarind -Quarter Teaspoon
Salt -As Per Taste
