Easy Coconut Chutney || Ep No : 109


Here's the recipe of easy Coconut Chutney which is a best combination with hot rice and porridge. This is a preparation with chili powder and coconut. This recipe will take only few minutes to prepare with very less ingredients. This is less spicy and hence can be taken by anyone and can enjoy by all age groups. Even during cold or fever, along with porridge, this dish can be taken. Few ingredients prepared in healthy way without cooking.


Here's the recipe of easy coconut chutney which is the best combination with hot rice or porridge.
Take 6 tablespoon of freshly grated coconut.
Add quarter teaspoon of red chili powder.
Along with that a small ball of tamarind, one shallot and a pinch of salt.
Transfer all together to a mixi jar and grind once.
Do not over grind the coconut.
Transfer to a plate and mix well.
Check salt and spice level.
Serve with hot rice.



Ingredients
Grated Coconut - 6 Tablespoon
Chili Powder - Quarter Teaspoon
Tamarind - Small Gooseberry Size
Shallot - 1 Nos
Salt - As Per Taste
