 Here's the recipe of Gooseberry chutney , which is a best combination with hot rice and porridge. Wash and drain 250 grams of gooseberries. Put it in an earthen pot, add a teaspoon of salt along with half glass water. Bring it to boil on a high flame. When it boils, reduce flame and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ten Bird's eye chilies to the gooseberries , cook along with it. When gooseberries gets cracks on it, it is cooked well, switch off the flame. Allow to cool. Take fifteen cooked gooseberries, de- seed all the gooseberries. And make it into small pieces. Transfer gooseberries and bird's eye chilies to the mixi jar and crush them well. Then add coconut along with a pinch of salt and crush it. Transfer to a plate and mix well. Serve with hot rice or porridge. The remaining cooked gooseberries can be transferred into a clay pot or glass bottles and store in the refrigerator. Use cooked bird's eye chilies when making chutney's next time.  Here's the recipe of false trevally dry fish curry in Kerala style. Its best combination with tapioca and hot rice. Method Of Preparation : Take half kilograms false trevally dry fish, clean and wash well under running water. Half kilograms of false trevally dry fish costs 90/- Indian Rupees as of September 2020. Add 2 tablespoon of chili powder, quarter teaspoon turmeric powder and quarter tablespoon coriander powder. Take two pieces of Malabar Tamarind , wash well, make small pieces and add to the fish. Take a big piece ginger and slice thin lengthwise and add to the fish. Pour one and half glass of water and mix well. Fish pieces should dip in the water completely. Switch on the flame and bring to boil. When it boils, reduce flame and cook fish. Add some curry leaves and cook well. Take 5 tablespoon of freshly grated coconut to the mixi jar. Add some water to grind coconut along with 4 shallots and 4 garlic pieces. Crush well and then add some curry leaves and grind all togethe

 Here's the recipe of dried mashed tapioca. It's an yummy and healthy dish that is easily digestable and can be taken by all age groups. Method Of Preparation: Take 250 grams of dried tapioca. Wash under running water for 2 to 3 times. Add water and allow to soak for one hour. Then transfer the soaked tapioca to an earthen pot , add water and boil on a high flame. When it boils, reduce flame and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes switch off the flame. Add one tablespoon salt and mix well. Cover with lid and keep for 10 minutes. If tapioca is cooked well, strain water. Add 4 tablespoon of grated coconut and a half glass water and cook tapioca once again until the water reduces and become dry. Stir well till the coconut mix well with the tapioca.
