Method Of Preparation
Take twenty thick raw jack fruit, remove its seeds.
Take a steamer , add one and half glass of water , then spread few raw jack fruits in it.
In a bowl , take quarter glass of water , add quarter teaspoon of salt, mix well.
Sprinkle this prepared salt water mix to the jack fruit.
Again arrange few raw jack fruit over to that.
Again sprinkle salt and do the same to the entire raw jack fruit.
Switch on the flame , and keep the steamer , close with lid and cook on high flame for four to five minutes.
The steam comes out and with in four minutes , jack fruits cooked well.
Switch off the flame and open the steamer , so that the jack fruit will be dry.
Preparation of chutney as a side dish for steamed raw jack fruit
Prepare chutney with bird's eye chilies.
Take ten bird's eye chilies , a shallot and six garlic pieces.
Chop shallot and garlic .
Transfer bird's eye chilies, shallots and garlic and quarter teaspoon salt to a mixi jar.
Crush well , but don't over grind it.
Add half teaspoon fresh coconut oil and mix well.
Take out steamed jack fruit from the vessel and enjoy with the chutney.

Raw Jack fruit - 20 Nos
Bird's Eye Chilies - 10 Nos
Shallots - One
Garlic - 20 Nos
Fresh Coconut Oil - Half Teaspoon
Salt - As Per Taste
Water - As Required
