Unakka Kappa Puzhukku || Dried Mashed Tapioca || Ep No :115

 Here's the recipe of dried mashed tapioca. It's an yummy and healthy dish that is easily digestable and can be taken by all age groups.


Method Of Preparation:

Take 250 grams of dried tapioca.

Wash under running water for 2 to 3 times.

Add water and allow to soak for one hour.

Then transfer the soaked tapioca to an earthen pot , add water and boil on a high flame.

When it boils, reduce flame and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes switch off the flame.

Add one tablespoon salt and mix well.

Cover with lid and keep for 10 minutes.

If tapioca is cooked well, strain water.

Add 4 tablespoon of grated coconut and a half glass water and cook tapioca once again until the water reduces and become dry.

Stir well till the coconut mix well with the tapioca.



Ingredients :

Dried Tapioca - 250grams
Grated Coconut - 4 Tablespoon
Salt - As per Taste
Water - As required
