Gothambu Ada || Wheat Ada || Perfect Recipe || Ideal Breakfast || Ep No :149

 Gothambu ada is a traditional south Indian dish .It is the most commonly prepared simple dish.This required only two  main ingredients.Here used a few drops of coconut oil, which is purely optional.Everyone can relish this dish with fish curry, beef or chicken curry,or even with egg roast.This is a healthy dish with the basic combination of goodness of wheat and  freshly grated coconut.Making this dish is so simple .I wish to try this simple and delicious dish to treat your taste buds .This wheat flat bread is a wholesome and complete breakfast that will make you stay fit for long time with out appetite .



Method Of Preparation

Take two cups of wheat flour.

Add four tablespoon of grated coconut and quarter teaspoon of salt.

Mix well .Then add water and make the dough a semi thick consistency.

Switch on the flame and keep a pan.

When pan gets hot,spread coconut oil.

Dip palm in cold water and then take the dough , so that the dough won't stick in the hand.

Spread evenly.

Dip palm to the water in between.

Make it round shape with medium thickness.

Make a small pit in the ada and add two drops of coconut oil to it.

When one side is ready , flip over other.

Once both side is cooked well, take out from the pan.

With two cups of wheat flour , can prepare three ada's.

Serve hot.

This can be served with fish curry , chicken or beef curry, or even with spicy and yummy egg roast.

Another best combination is honey , which makes healthy and tasty breakfast.
