Pineapple is a tropical plant which is an edible fruit belongs to the family Bromeliaceae.This is a popular fruit which is filled with nutrients, anti - oxidents .Pineapple helps in aiding digestion process, boosts immunity level and helps for the speedy recovery from those under go surgery.Pineapple 
( Ananas Comosus ) is an delicious fruit.




The nutritional value is as follows:

One cup / 5.8 ounces or 165 grams of pineapple contains :

Calories : 82.5 K Cal
Fat : 1.7 grams
Protein : 1 gram
Carbohydrates : 21.6 grams
Fiber : 2.3 grams
Vitamin C : 131% of the RDI
Manganese : 76 % of the RDI
Vitamn B6 : 9% of the RDI
Copper - 9% of the RDI
Thiamin : 9% of the RDI
Folate : 7 % of the RDI
Potassium:5% of the RDI
Magnesium:5% of the RDI
Niacin:4% of the RDI
Pantothenic Acid:4% of the RDI
Riboflavin:3% of the RDI
Iron :3% of the  RDI
( RDI= Recommended Dietary Index )
Pineapples are low in carbohydrates and are rich in Vitamin C and manganese. 

Method Of Preparation :

Take one ripped pineapple , remove outer skin.
Remove eye of the pineapple fully.
Chop pineapple into small pieces with the help  of a chopper.
Switch on the flame and cook pineapple.
When pineapple starts boiling , add two teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
When water content slightly reduces , add one teaspoon ghee , mix well.
Once water content completely dries off and get a good aroma , switch off the flame .
Allow to cool well.
Take three tablespoon of sago pop pearls / chowari/sabudina.
Switch on the flame and keep a pan , add one litre full fat milk , stir well and bring to boil.
When milk is about to boil , add small sago pops pearls ans cook well in milk.
Try to get small sago pop pearls than the large one for best results.
Once sago pearls , cooked well and transparent , it floats up.
Then add 200 ml condensed milk, stir well.
Add two tablespoons of sugar, if needed.
Stir well and switch off the flame .
Allow to cool properly.
When pineapple and milk cooled well, mix them together.
And now its ready to serve.
Tastes good when served chill after keeping in refrigerator.


Ingredients:
Ripped Pineapple - One Nos
Sugar - Four Tablespoon
Ghee- One Teaspoon
Sago Pearls - Three Tablespoon
Full Fat Milk- One Litre
Condensed Milk - 200ml
