Milk - Quarter glass
Cashew nuts - 2 Nos
Almonds- 2 Nos
Walnuts - 2 Nos
Pista - 2 Nos
Raisin - 1Nos
Banana - 1 Nos
Honey - One teaspoon



Method of preparation

Its n easy Oats breakfast recipe
Take rolled oats with Beta Glucan which is 100 % whole grain and Gluten free which is good for Gluten allergy persons during Dieting and trying to Loose Weight
Take three fourth glass of Rolled Oats
Add quarter glass of milk, mix and soak rolled oats 
Don't add too much milk to the oats as it makes Oats soggy
Add only required amount of milk to maintain its crunchiness
After adding milk , allow oats to rest for 2 to 3 minutes
Meanwhile take 2 cashew nuts, 2 almonds,2 pistas, 2 walnurts and one raisin
You can add any dry fruits of your choice
Chop dry fruits before adding to the oats
Chop cashew nuts and almonds lengthwise,chop walnuts , cut pistas and raisin  into two - threee pieces
Add chopped dry fruits to the soaked oats
Take one banana and cut it into small pieces, add to oats
Mix well until all the ingredients mix together
The oats is not necessary to cook
Finally top it with a teaspoon of honey
You can add honey according to your choice
Always prepare this oats freshly
Oats is best for weight loss, and control cholesterol , blood pressure and diabetes
