Salad Omelette | Weight loss Recipe |Healthy Breakfast/ Dinner|Loaded Veggie Omelette| Episode No:22

The salad omelette is very simple recipe and its a great way to start your day.Its very cheap, nutritious especially filled with protein.This is an  egg omelette that you have never seen before, since its loaded with crunchy veggies and fresh herbs. Healthy, Yummy and so easy to prepare.






Ingredients

Eggs - 2 Nos
Onion - One small onion
Tomato - Half portion of a tomato
Capsicum - Half portion of a capsicum
Green Chili - One Nos
Coriander Leaves ( Fresh ) - 2 Sticks
Lemon - Juice of a half lemon
Pepper ( whole ) - 10 Nos
Oil - 2 to 3 drops
Bread - One piece
Salt - As per taste



Method of preparation

Take 2 eggs and crack it into a bowl
Add required salt and beat well
Take one small onion, half portions of tomato and capsicum , one green chili, two sticks of coriander leaves and half lemon
Chop onion, tomato, capsicum , green chili and coriander leaves into small pieces
Add chopped vegetables into a bowl
Add juice of a half lemon
Take 10 whole pepper ( 5 black and 5 white ) and crush well
Add half portion of crushed pepper and required salt to salad and mix well
Keep a pan and add two to three drops of oil
Take a tissue paper and wipe the oil well from the pan
Once again beat well the egg and add to the heated pan and sprinkle pepper
When the omelette starts cook well add prepared vegetables  to the middle part of the omelette
When one side is cooked well, fold omelette towards the middle from both sides and gently press over to it
Transfer to a serving plate
To the same pan keep a bread and toast both sides
When the bread is toasted well, put off the flame


Its a great recipe for breakfast or dinner, especially those who are planning for weight loss
Its rich in protein, fat and vitamins
