Egg Roll Omelette || Pan Fried Rolled Omelette || Layered Omelette || Recipe No :13

Easy, delicious omelettes are perfect dish for any day and any time. It is yummy , beautifully layered egg recipe with very few ingredients.This can be served as a delightful breakfast along with toasted bread or can make as a side dish for your lunches.The flavor and the texture of the layered / rolled omelette mark its significant difference other than any of  the ordinary omelettes, what we make usually in our day today life.




Ingredients

Eggs - 4 Nos
Onion - One  ( small )
Carrot -  Half piece
Green Chili - 6 Nos
Milk - Quarter glass
Vinegar - One teaspoon
Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves
Salt





Method of preparation

Take 4 eggs, one onion , half piece carrot, 6 green chilies and some coriander leaves
Chop onion, carrot, green chilies and coriander leaves
Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and beat well
Strain the beated eggs through a strainer
Add chopped onion , carrot, green chilies and coriander leaves
Add quarter glass milk to prepared egg mix
Add required salt and mix well
Add one teaspoon vinegar and beat well
Keep a pan and add 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
To the heated pan add prepared mix and cook one side and roll the egg from one side till the middle part
Push the omelette to the middle of the pan and pour remaining egg mix to the pan and cook well
Again roll omelette and cook well
Repeat the same and make more layers as much you can

Its a creamy and soft layered omelette
Best combination with toasted bread
Serve hot
