Pineapple is a tropical plant which is an edible fruit belongs to the family Bromeliaceae.This is a popular fruit which is filled with nutrients, anti - oxidents .Pineapple helps in aiding digestion process, boosts immunity level and helps for the speedy recovery from those under go surgery.Pineapple 
( Ananas Comosus ) is an delicious fruit.

Method Of Preparation

Take three fresh and tender pineapple, remove outer skin
After peeling the skin , make sure to remove its inner stem , as it cause irritation to the tongue.
Make into small pieces and chop in a chopper.
In a mixi jar , take four tablespoon of freshly grated coconut , five small onions , four bird's eye chilies, a pinch of turmeric powder and coriander powder , crush it.
Then add a stick of fresh curry leaves and whip once again.
Donot over grind the mix.
Switch on the flame , keep an earthen pot, transfer the chopped pineapple along with the mix.
Add required salt , cover and cook on high flame.
Once steam is out, mix well, cover and cook till pineapple is soft and dry.
Once cooked well, switch off the flame.
Add a stick of fresh curry leaves and serve with hot rice.

Ingredients

Tender Pineapple - Three Nos
Freshly Grated Coconut - Four Tablespoon
Shallots - Five Nos
Bird's Eye Chilies - Four Nos
Turmeric Powder - One Pinch 
Coriander Powder - One Pinch
Curry Leaves - Two Sticks
Salt - As Per Taste
