When dough is fully cooked, take out the appam from pan.

These are super soft and tasty appam  , even after it's cool.

There is no taste of preservatives and over taste of yeast.

These are good with any side dish or with out any side dish.

This palappam powder can be used confidently in case of any emergency or when guest arrives unexpectedly at home.

With this pack, can prepare twenty to twenty two palappams.

No need to add any extra coconut or coconut milk.

Batter can be stored in refrigerator for next use later.

Tastes best when prepare instantly after an hour.

Appam is so sweet as added four tablespoon of sugar.

We can reduce the amount of sugar as per the choice.

The sweetness in the batter reduces or balances if it is using in the next day.

The ingredients are rice flour, lentils and yeast with no added additives and preservatives.

Eventhough these are preservatives free, personally not encouraging for daily use in the family as it is always healthy to make appams from dough prepared by ourselves, especially for the kids.

But it is a great product to use once in a while.
