   The grey sharpnose shark , Rhizoprionodon oligolinx is a shark family Carcharhinidae.It is found in the tropical water of the Indo- west pacific oceans .The diet of the grey sharpnose shark consists of crustaceans, fishes and cephalopods.It is killed for human consumption , fresh or dried and salted.It is considered to be harmless to people. Method Of Preparation Take one kilograms of Milk Shark, Wash under running water. Take ten pieces of  Malabar  tamarind, wash well under running water thoroughly. Add a teaspoon of salt and a cup of water, soak well. Switch on the flame and keep an earthen pot. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil and heat it. When oil gets heats up , add s fistful of fresh curry leaves. Now add a medium size sliced ginger and a bulb of chopped garlic , two Green Chilies, saute it and switch off the flame. Method Of Cleaning Take one kilograms of milk shark, wash under running water. Remove head , tail and its fins. Then put the fish in hot water and clean the skin. Gently scrub the skin with the knife, so that sand like deposition over the shark goes off. Or else need to remove the skin fully, as it is young shark , it is difficult to peel skin. Another method is to dip shark on hot water and then scrub on a clean stone to remove sand like structure. Make a cut laterally and remove its intestine , clean well. The one which has an extended extra fin like structure on either sides is considered as male shark. The skin should try to peel from the head

  This is a special mango curry based on curd , special spices and freshly grated coconut which gives a special aroma with mild tangy, sweet and spicy taste.This is one of the authentic curry's in Kerala which is best served with Kerala rice.This is an easy curry which can be prepared with in very less time .This dish must be prepared with special type of mango known as "Nattumanga " , as these mangoes has special taste and aroma.During the season of these mangoes , we used to get baskets of mangoes from a single tree. Especially when wind blows , always several mangoes fall down from the tree and those are enjoyed at that time itself by standing under the tree. Method Of Preparation Take four ripped mangoes , peel them and give gentle cut on mangoes with knife. Add one green chili, quarter teaspoon turmeric powder and half teaspoon dry red chili powder .
