Chakka kuru Pal payasam || Jack Fruit Payasam || Ep No :92
Take 75 jack fruit seeds, remove outer skin and chop into pieces.
Transfer to a pressure cooker , add 3 glasses of water , cook for 2 whistles, and allow to cool.
After cooling grind jack fruit seeds well.
Put it in a heavy bottom vessel.
Keep on the flame and add 10 tablespoon sugar, and 3 tablespoon of ghee , stir well.
Mean while , keep 2 glass water in a vessel, bring to boil, add 50 grams sabudana/ sago.
In a mixi jar add 4 tablespoon of sugar, 12 cardamoms and grind well.
When sabudana cooked well, switch off the flame .
Add one litre milk, stir well, check sugar, add 10 tablespoon of sugar if needed.
Add cooked sabudana , stir well.
Keep a pan, add 2 tablespoon ghee, and roast fistful of cashew nuts and grapes.
Transfer to the payasam along with powdered cardamoms. Stir well, switch off the flame.

Cashew Nuts - One Fistful
