Tenga Chammandhi ||Tasty Coconut chutney || Ep No: 75
An yummy small dish which requires no grinding and cooking.Always prepares by my mother for supper along with hot porridge.
Take 4 small onions., chop well.
Add quarter teaspoon of salt.
Add half teaspoon dry red chili powder.
Then add 8 tablespoon of freshly grated coconut.
Smash well with hands.
Serve with hot porridge or rice.
Ingredients
Freshly Grated Coconut- 8 Tablespoon
Small Onion - 4 Nos
Dry Red Chili Powder - Half Teaspoon
Salt - As Per Taste
