How to make Bread Omelette || Indian Street Food Bread Omelette || Lunch Box || Recipe No :12

Bread omelette is a quick and easy recipe with egg, shallots , green chilies and bread slices.This can be served as a breakfast  or as a  snack .Those who look for healthier option , substitute white bread with brown / wheat bread. It is a great recipe for bachelors and even beginners in the kitchen.




Ingredients

Egg - 2 Nos
Shallots - 5 Nos
Green Chili - 1 Nos
Coriander leaves
Pepper powder- Quarter teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Bread - 2 Slice
Coconut Oil - 2 teaspoon






Method of preparation

Take 2 eggs, 5 shallots , one green chili and some coriander leaves
Cut shallots , green chili very thinly and chop coriander leaves
Cut 2 eggs and add chopped shallots, green chili and coriander leaves
Add quarter teaspoon of  pepper powder
Add required salt and mix well
Take 2 pieces of sliced sweet bread pieces and cut its edges if you like
Keep a pan and add 2 teaspoon coconut oil
To the heated pan add prepared egg mix and keep bread slices before the egg is fully cooked
Keep the bread pieces over the egg and turn both sides
When one side of the egg is fully cooked , turn the other side and cook well
Again turn once again and cover the bread slices with omelette and put off the flame

Bread omelette is a tasty dish,serve hot
